出場しない観覧者としての参加申込みです。代表者の連絡先 + 来場予定の全員の氏名を入力してください。当日は受付で代表者のお名前をお伝えいただければ、全員分のチェックインができます。 Register as pure spectators (not competing). Enter the lead contact's info + every attendee's name. On event day, just give the lead's name at reception to check in the whole group.

大会のお約束を読む Read the event guidelines

① 肖像・映像使用: 会場で撮影された写真・映像は主催者によるSNS、記録、宣伝利用が可能です。 1. Media release: Photos and video from the event may be used by the organizer for social, archival, and promotional purposes.

② 返金・キャンセル: エントリー料は原則返金不可です。ただし、(a) 主催者都合で大会が中止となった場合は全額返金、(b) チェックイン開始前にマイページからご自身でキャンセルされた場合は、早期申込締切日まではキャンセル料（通常10%）を差し引いて返金、締切日以降は返金不可となります。 2. Refunds & cancellation: Entry fees are non-refundable except: (a) a full refund if the organizer cancels the event; (b) if you self-cancel from your portal before check-in opens, you are refunded minus a cancellation fee (normally 10%) up to the early-bird cutoff — after the cutoff it is non-refundable.

② 返金: チケットの返金は、各チケット販売代理店（チケットエージェンシー）が各社の規定に基づいて対応いたします。SHIROFES.運営は、チケットの返金やそれに伴うトラブルについて一切の責任を負いません。 2. Refunds: Any refunds are handled by the individual ticketing agencies under their own policies. SHIROFES. is not liable for ticket refunds or any related issues.

③ 当日受付: 当日受付で本人確認を行います。受付でお名前をお伝えください。 3. Check-in: Just give your name at reception — staff will check you in.

④ 規律: スタッフ指示に従わない、他の参加者や観客に危害を加える行為が認められた場合、エントリー無効となる場合があります。 4. Conduct: Failure to follow staff instructions or behavior that harms others may result in disqualification.

⑤ 個人情報: ご登録の情報は大会運営および連絡のみに使用し、第三者に無断で提供することはありません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。 5. Privacy: Your information is used only for event operations and will not be shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

⑥ 公開ロスター: 登録すると、お名前 (ダンサーネーム) と所属が公開ロスターに表示されます。連絡先や決済情報は表示されません。プライバシー上の理由で表示を希望されない場合は運営までご連絡ください。 6. Public roster: Registration includes your stage name and reppezen appearing on the public roster page. Contact details and payment info are never shown. If you'd prefer not to appear for privacy reasons, contact us and we'll hide your card.
