Privacy Policy

1. 取得する情報What we collect

大会の運営・受付・連絡・採点・ブラケット表示のために、以下の情報を取得します。

For event operations, registration, communication, scoring, and bracket display, we collect the following information.

街中の住所は取得しません（番地まで集める必要がないため、郵便番号と都道府県のみ）。
We do not collect street-level addresses — only postal code and prefecture, since street-level data is not needed for our operations.

クレジットカード番号やセキュリティコードを当社のサーバーに保存することは一切ありません。決済はStripe（PCI DSS Level 1 認定）が直接処理します。
We never store credit card numbers or security codes on our servers. Payments are handled directly by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

2. 利用目的Why we collect each item

各情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用します。

Each piece of information is used only for the following purposes.

運営目的 / Operational purposes

• 登録確認メールの送信 — メールアドレスを使用します。
• Sending registration confirmation emails — uses email address.
• 受付当日の本人確認 — ダンサーネーム・本名・QRコードを使用します。
• Identifying you at reception on event day — uses artist name, real name, and QR code.
• ブラケット・出場者リスト表示 — ダンサーネームのみ表示します（本名は出ません）。
• Displaying brackets and competitor lists — shows artist name only (real name is never displayed publicly).
• 支払い処理 — Stripe にメール・氏名を渡します（当社サーバーは決済情報を保持しません）。
• Payment processing — email and name are sent to Stripe (our servers do not retain payment data).
• 年齢制限バトル（NINJA U10 / NINJA U15 など）の出場資格確認 — 生年月日を使用します。
• Verifying eligibility for age-restricted battles (e.g., NINJA U10, NINJA U15) — uses birthdate.
• 大会中の緊急連絡 — 電話番号・保護者連絡先を使用します。
• Emergency contact during the event — uses phone number and (for minors) guardian contact.

同意ベースの目的 / Consent-based purposes

• 大会の写真・映像の SNS / 記録 / 宣伝利用（登録時の同意事項に明記）。
• Use of event photos and video for social media, archival, and promotional purposes (covered in the consent terms at registration).
• 翌年以降の招待・告知（拒否はいつでも可能）。
• Invitations and announcements for future years (you can opt out at any time).

マーケティング目的での第三者提供は一切行いません。 登録情報を広告・販促・データブローカーへ販売・共有することはありません。
We do not share registration data with third parties for marketing. Your information is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

3. 第三者への提供Sharing with third parties

大会運営に必要な範囲で、以下のサービスプロバイダに情報を渡しています。各社のプライバシーポリシーが別途適用されます。

For event operations, we use the following service providers. Each has its own privacy policy that applies in addition to ours.

これら以外への提供は、法令に基づく要請がある場合（裁判所命令、警察捜査関係事項照会など）を除き、一切行いません。
We do not share data with any other party except when legally required (e.g., court order, law-enforcement request).

4. 保存期間Retention

• 参加者プロフィール（ダンサー登録情報） — 過去5回分の大会まで保管。次年度の招待・再エントリー簡略化のため。これ以降は匿名化または削除します。
• Participant profiles (dancer registration info) — kept for the last 5 events. Used for invitations and re-entry simplification in future years. After that, data is anonymized or deleted.
• キャンセルされた登録 — 90日間のソフト削除アーカイブ後、自動削除。
• Cancelled registrations — kept in a 90-day soft-delete archive, then auto-deleted (TTL).
• 会計記録（領収書・支払い記録） — 日本税法に従い7年間保管。
• Financial records (receipts, payment ledger) — retained for 7 years per Japanese tax law.
• 大会公開情報（ブラケット PNG・配信アーカイブ・写真） — 登録時の同意に基づき、大会後も公開を継続します。
• Public event artifacts (bracket PNGs, livestream archive, photos) — remain public after the event under the consent given at registration.
• 監査ログ（誰がいつ何を変更したか） — 不正アクセス調査・トラブルシューティングのため、5年間保管。
• Audit logs (who changed what when) — kept 5 years for security and troubleshooting.

5. 未成年の参加者についてMinors (under 18)

NINJA U10・NINJA U15 など年齢制限のあるバトルでは、保護者の連絡先（メール・電話）を必ずご登録いただきます。受付当日は保護者の同伴をお願いします。

For age-restricted battles (e.g., NINJA U10, NINJA U15), we require parent or guardian contact details (email and phone). A parent or guardian must accompany the minor at reception.

未成年の写真・映像のSNS掲載について個別の不掲載希望がある場合、登録フォームの自由記述欄またはお問い合わせ窓口（下記）へお知らせください。

If you wish to opt out of social media use of a minor's photo or video, please note this in the form's free-text field or contact us (below).

6. あなたの権利Your rights

個人情報保護法（APPI）および GDPR（適用される場合）に基づき、あなたは以下の権利をお持ちです。

Under Japan's APPI (and GDPR where applicable), you have the following rights.

開示請求 / Right of access

当社が保有するあなたの個人情報の写しを請求できます。下記お問い合わせ窓口までメールでご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、原則10営業日以内にご回答します。

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by email below; after identity verification, we will respond within 10 business days.

削除請求（忘れられる権利） / Right to deletion

あなたの登録情報を削除するよう請求できます。請求があれば、税法上の保管義務がある会計記録を除き、参加者プロフィール・連絡先・出場履歴を削除します。
実装上は、運営側で admin.html → 参加者 → 🗑️ 削除 を実行することで、関連レコード（連絡先・キャンセル済みアーカイブ・チーム参照・大会別出場記録）が連動して削除されます。

You may request deletion of your data. On request, we delete profile, contact, and entry records (financial records that we are legally required to keep are excluded). Operationally, the deletion is performed by an operator via admin.html → Participants → 🗑️ Delete, which cascades through linked records (contacts, cancelled archives, team references, per-event entries).

訂正請求 / Right to correction

誤った情報・古い情報を訂正するよう請求できます。簡単な変更（メール・電話番号など）は登録ポータル（portal.html）から自分で更新できます。

You may request correction of inaccurate or outdated information. Simple changes (email, phone) can be updated yourself via the participant portal (portal.html).

同意の撤回 / Withdrawal of consent

翌年以降の招待や写真・映像の継続公開について、いつでも同意を撤回できます。撤回しても既に行われた処理（メール送信済み、配信アーカイブ既公開分など）は遡って取り消されない場合があります。

You may withdraw consent for future-year invitations or continued use of photo/video at any time. Withdrawal does not retroactively reverse processing already performed (e.g., emails already sent, livestream archive already published).

7. セキュリティSecurity

• すべての通信はHTTPS（TLS 1.2以上）で暗号化されます。
• All communications use HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
• 登録情報は Google Firestore（asia-northeast1 / 東京リージョン）に保存され、データベースレベルで暗号化されます。
• Registration data is stored in Google Firestore (asia-northeast1 / Tokyo region) with database-level encryption.
• 運営チームのアクセスはメールアドレスごとの個別認証＋監査ログで記録されます。
• Operator access requires per-email authentication; every action is recorded in an audit log.
• カード番号は当社のシステムを一切経由せず、Stripe が直接処理します。
• Card numbers never pass through our systems — Stripe processes them directly.
• 万一の漏えい時は、APPI の規定に従い、影響を受ける可能性のある方へ速やかにお知らせし、個人情報保護委員会へ報告します。
• In the unlikely event of a breach, we notify affected users promptly and report to Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission, as required by APPI.

9. 改定についてChanges to this policy

本ポリシーを改定する場合、適用日とバージョンを更新し、このページに掲載します。実質的な変更があった場合は、登録済みのメールアドレスへ通知し、新規登録時には改めて同意をいただきます。

When we update this policy, we change the effective date and version above. For substantive changes, we notify registered users by email and require fresh consent at the next registration.

登録時にあなたが同意したバージョンは、登録レコードに privacyVersion として記録されます。

The version you consented to at registration is recorded on your record as privacyVersion.
